When you’ve decided who to hire for the project, contact the pro so you can make arrangements together. Cvtap Pros does not coordinate scheduling, contracts, or payments, so be sure to work out all the details with your pro before work begins.

Pay close attention to bids and contracts. It is your responsibility as a customer to get bids, and all prices should be clearly stated on contracts. If something is unclear to you, ask questions.

Cvtap Pros does not control the professionals that come to your home. We simply add them to our network if they are proven to provide high-quality service to their customers. So, you will have to negotiate any cancellations with the professional you hire. As a professional courtesy, you should expect to compensate them for any work they have done before the cancellation occurred.

While we do our best to ensure that all Cvtap professionals will provide top-notch service, some may provide subpar services that we can’t prevent. We do reserve the right to eject unruly or unsatisfactory professionals from our network, but we do our best to find an optimal resolution for all parties involved.

At Cvtap Pros, we prioritize the legitimacy and trustworthiness of our professionals. Every Pro in our network must provide a valid photo ID to ensure authenticity. Currently, our direct verification of trade-specific licenses is not feasible due to limited resources, as our operations are supported primarily through donations. Nonetheless, we empower our users with the tools to conduct their own verifications.
